We love the intensity of the citrusy and juicy IPA’s we’ve been brewing, but we wanted to take it up a bit for the warmer weather. So we added just a touch of tangerine and pineapple. We think the interplay of hops and citrus fruit is gorgeous and delicious.

Borefts 2019 day 2. Hazy amber with white head. Sweet malts. Grassy and wet hoppy, caramel. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at Borefts 2019. Hazy amber colour and a white head with lacing. Aroma's: nice big citrus, zesty, light resin. Retronasal there's more resin, but also still citrus zest and some sweet fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet'n'bitter, light fruity. Medium bodied. Finishes with light bitterness.

Borefts XI Day 2 . Keg. Mild haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly grainy and thin malts. Modest pine. Ripe citrus and a little peel. Dry finish. Whadda let down. Plain and dull.

Clear orange beer, big dense creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive. Aroma: melons, lychee, fruity, peaches, little malty, grains, decent! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, some orange peel, soft bitterness, bit sweet, fruity notes. Aftertaste: nice citrus notes, grapefruit bitterness, bit resinous, dry finish. Tastes like a nice old school West Coast ipa, like it!

Draft at Borefts ‘19, day 1. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of green weedy hops, fruits and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ Borefts 2019 Aroma has tropical fruits, fruit juice and caramel. Flavour has tropical fruits, resin and some grapefruity hops. A bit bland and slighlyt watery. Crisp still.
