Oso is our local beerkeeper. He lives in the countryside near millions of flowers where honey is produced. Oso smells like honey and smoke as his bee smoker. Oso loves beer and this is his tribute.

Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato da affumicato e miele. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida appare limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, erba, agrumi e affumicato.

Bière 33 cl reçue dans le calendrier de l'Avent saveur biere. Robe blonde translucide. Nez léger sucré et fumé, façon barbecue. En bouche, saveur intense de fumée façon bacon, le goût de la bière passe un peu à la trappe derrière tout ça.

33cl Bottle. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of smoke and honey, malts. Flavour of smoke, honey, light malty, hint of citrus, soft bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice.

Fles besteld in Frankrijk. Wat een smerige zooi. Goudgeel met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een rokerige geur. De smaak is rokerig en wat metaalachtig.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy golde with a lacing, white head. Nose should supposedly have been smoky, but it comes out more like manure. Medium body, dry, no real hint of honey, but it has some birch (Bamberg) smoke. Ends dry. Not sure why this was ever created. 211218

Beery Christmas 2018 #13. Was expecting more from this honestly; it's just a a rather smokey beer with some sweetness. Not bad but I wouldn't have another.

Beery xmas. Soft german rauch, slight flowery bitterness. Could have a touch rauch more for me, but balance is good. Lovely beer
