Bottiglia.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, nut brown colour with redd-ish woof and very small, bubbly, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly weak, mellow, fruity aroma, restricted notes of raspberry, a touch of honey. Taste is sweet-ish fruity, mellow, slightly restricted and minimally diluted notes of raspberry, hints of honey with a minimally earthy touch. Concurrent viscous and watery texture, soft and minimally cloying palate. Nice and harmonious composition, sadly with a lack of body and intensity.

Sweet, but I kinda liked it.

Fles thuis geprobeerd tijdens micro tasting.

Keg at Bow Bar. It pours deep brown with a s. Light tan head. The aroma is soft, dark fruits, sweet, tangy berry, fruit cordial and Victoria sponge cake. The taste is bitter - sweet, tangy raspberry, Victoria sponge cake, bit of spice, wood, leather, chewy, toothy, caramel, toothy and brown bread. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Easy going stuff. Fine.

330ml bottle courtesy of Peter Fowler, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, cheers Peter! Friday 1st February 2019 shared in the company of Peters daughter Claire and Steve Matthews Aroma is ripe raspberry. The colour is a ruby red, steady but light bitterness, fruity with raspberries showing again, malt, some honey sweetness. Good.
