Zaans donker speciaalbier. Koeienvlaai is een samenwerking tussen bierkenner Roy Vonk en brouwerij The Musketeers. Het is een donker, ambachtelijk bier, dat naast een zacht karamelzoetje ook een mooie bitterheid heeft die de afdronk verrijkt. Koeienvlaai is exclusief ontwikkeld voor slijterij Vonk.

Bottle shared. Hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, veggies, yeast and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33cl Bottle from Vonk. Clear brown colour, beige head. Aroma is sweet, cocoa, dark malts, berries, caramel, toast. Flavour of berries, some roast, caramel, medium sweet, fruity bitter finish with some toast. Light to medium bodied. Decent.
