Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours clear orange/copper with a white head. Aroma is peach, but sort of unripe peach. Some cooked malt under that. Med body. Flavor is peach, but the heat sort of gets in the way. Pretty interesting stuff, gets pretty malty towards the finish. Not exactly what I’d expected/hoped. Think I’ll need some time to really work up an appreciation for this. Some time later: It has indeed grown on me. The heat is accommodated, the peach is becoming "suitable", and I’m feeling nice about it. Going up a couple points.

Sampled at the 2014 Untapped festival in Fort Worth. Pours a near clear golden peach with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich peach note with some sweet grains and a bit of light spice. Flavor has a nice peach note as well with some light grains, a hint of caramel and a bit of spice.

Pours gold into a snifter. White bubbly head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Peach fuzz aromas. Slick with sweet hot peach cobbler upfront turning bitter in the lasting earthy finish.

750ml bottle pours a clear, dark orange with some clumpy head. Nose of nail polish, a little grape... not much else. Flavor has malt, candy sugar, yeast, tropical fruit. Sweet, sticky finish. Not real good.

Bottle. Pours peach gold with white head. Nose and taste of peach puree, citrus, malt, sticky syrup and peach jam. Medium to full bodied. Some alcohol in finish. A bit strong and syrupy, but not bad.

On tap @ The Forge Fort Collins. Pours a fairly clear golden orange appearance with a cream colored head. Fairly potent peach/mango, somewhat sweet, light cane sugar, vanilla, slightly tart aroma. A bit goopy sweet market, tropical fruity, apricot, somewhat herbal, sugary, pretty high boost flavor. Kind of thick, sweet, and boozy consistency for my taste.
