75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Wederom helaas een fles vol met bijsmaakjes en geuren, veel plastic, dood gist, flinke naar gal neigende bitter, herbaal. Medium body. Tegenvaller.

Bottle picked up from Etre Gourmet, Grez Doiceau, Belgium, and consumed at home with Nick, Anna Charlie and Sarah, Wednesday 25th January 2023 listening to a recommendation from Sarah The Kite Surfers? A band from Melbourne, super mellow and chilled. Pours hazy gold with a white head. quite citrussy and tart, lengthy dry finish. A little bit of an unpolished feel to this but it tastes pretty good nonetheless.

Mmmm Colorado flavor saison from fantome. Delish! Lemony spices and hints of umami and salt, nice blend of rustic and sweet.

On draught at Beer Gonzo, Earlston, Coventry. Golden and hazy with a light ring of white head. Aroma on the lighter side with soft funky citrus, sandalwood, gardenias. Tart taste with kumquat peel, green apple and pink grapefruit leading to a balanced dry finish. Soft carbonation. It packs quite a punch!

Bottle. Clear gold with a dense white head that fades to a fat coat. 3+ Funky aroma with old grapefruit, spices, lime. Sour with some sweetness and a little stale herbal note. Lots of lime. Bitterness creeps up and ties things up nicely. Makes everything work together.

Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Lemony nose, wheat, a bit herbal. Taste is tart, lemony, herbal finish. Nice and refreshing.
