Golden. Horseblanket, farm, old grapes, musty, dusty, tart. Dry sharp finish. Some acidity but reserved. Medium body with nice carbonation. Absolutely lovely.

From tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2019. Sour with an aroma of grapes, grainy malt, straw, tart fruits, and a little funk. Pretty young, lacks complexity. Nicely sour with low carbonation. Decent.

Hapukas, puuviljane, viinamarjane, nats vesine. Ok.

Bottle from Beerdome. 7.8 % ABV by the looks of the hand writing on the label. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, barnyard, lemon and white grapes. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 210721

0.375 l bottle from 'Beerdome', bottled in June 2019. Almost clear, pale amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. A little sweetish, sourish, gently fruity, just slightly funky and a little peppery-spicy aroma of white grapes, gooseberry, lychee, a touch of lemon and hints of barnyard. Slightly sour, gently fruity, moderately funky and a little peppery-spicy taste of white grapes, gooseberry, lemon, white pepper and wood, followed by a medium long, gently tart, quite dry, moderately peppery-spicy and slightly vinous finish. Medium body, gently astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely dry and peppery with a soft vinous touch.

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, white head. Taste is liebstöckl, grassy, mineraly. Minerally mouthfeel with medium carbonation super elderflower in the finish. Solid!
