Bottle, three months after bottling @ Foeders, Amsterdam. Pours yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is funky notes of brett, with hay and white berries and as well as citrus, garden compost, wine grapes, tannins and wood. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of hay, lemon peel, apples and wine grapes, as well as funky farmhouse with wooden barrels. Dry finish.

Bottle shared thanks to leader kermis. Hazy golden with white head. Nice dry deep funk with lots of dry cellar, sweet vanilla wood, soft white wine, grape skins, light tannins, sweet white wine, mineral. Under medium sweet and sour, under medium bitter too I guess. Medium bodied. Nice, but I like the red grape one more in a way, though it scores about the same.

Bottle. Color: Pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: White grapes, pretty strong farmyard funk. Taste: Fruity notes of white grapes and tart grapeskin, bittery grapepit, straw, slightly overwhelmed by pretty strong wild yeast funk and oak. Tannins, dry mouthfeel. Light to moderate tart and sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nicely balanced.
