On tap at the brewery. Aroma is very lime forward with a hint of oak and acidity. Pours a cloudy pale yellow gold with a thin white head that recedes fairly quickly. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is similar to aroma with quite a big lime character. Light tannic note and medium light oak flavor. Moderate acidity causes a dry finish. Some lingering acidity and lime notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall an enjoyable beer but it took a bit for my palate to adjust to all the key lime character

On tap at Avery. Poured a cloudy light amber with a broken thin white head. The aroma is acid citrus fruit. The flavour is medium sour with an acid citrus palate but with a lovely smooth slightly sweet lime twist which I’m finding very hard to describe. A very unusual beer. Track it down if you can.
