(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 18 Feb 2024) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with foamy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, orange and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with apricots, orange peel, toast and a balanced floral bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle. Bottled 1/20/2021, Pale Ale brewed with 100% whole cone Target single hop (instead of Endeavour) according to the label. Color: Pale golden, white head. Aroma: Malty and hoppy at the same time, some sage. Taste: Floral hop with a lightly caramel malt background. Notes of sage and citrus fruit, bit spicy and some hay. Starting moderate bitterness, going towards over medium at the long lasting very dry hoppy finish. Light sweetness. Just under medium body and just under average carbonation. Wow! Very nice Pale Ale from this great brewery. I want more!

Bottle at the brewery, a few weeks past the best before date... OK. Clear golden with white head. Lemon, lime, sweet malts, soft bread crust, spruce, light dough, dank herbal hops. Medium sweet and bitter, very light tart. Medium bodied. Still good.

33 cl bottle @ home. Clear golden color. Frothy white head. Aroma's: grain, fruity, a bit like a regular pilsner/lager actually. Retronasal there's some more (sweet) fruit, but it still is a bit lager-like. Also vaguely something like cork, or mold. Flavor is moderate bitter with some grainish sweetness. Light bodied. Finishes fruity and moderate bitter.
