Super delicious oaky lemon funk. Bit of a bite on the finish but otherwise damn addictive and tasty.

Intense brett notes on the nose, smooth and light tartness, clean finish with a slight sweetness. Slightly vinous as well

Light watery orange pour, not much foam. Looks simple. Fruity and acidic nose there, red currants, good amount of funk and a bit of horse sweat. Tastes tart, medium acidity, fruity but dry and funky. Really good one, enjoying this level of acidity, works wonders. Superb and fully enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel's place. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy yellow, white head. Wonderful barnyard, juicy fruitiness, oak, tart, a bit lemony. Really great and refreshing.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is balanced with medium light oak notes, some lemon, green grape, pineapple, pear, red apple and stone fruit. Light pepper notes and a hint of an herbal note. Pours a hazy, pale yellow straw with a medium large, thick, fluffy, pillow white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Faint lacing g and legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with a medium light to light acidity and hints of grain. Medium low bitterness and medium light oak notes. Light salinity and a bit of a mineral note. Light pepper and faint herbal notes. Moderate lemon and green grapes with lighter pear, stone fruit and pineapple notes. Light tropical fruit notes in the flavor as well. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice saison. The acidity is present but light which allows the base saison to shine through. Balanced oak notes add some nice complexity to the acidic fruit notes.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. Aroma is dusty, lemon, sara bugs, oak. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk. Clean and mineral. Light plus body. Refined.

Bottle, by way of a trade. Pale, honey gold, with a light haze. Thin, lasting, lacing, white head. Nose has lemon and lime cordial. Bright funk. Lemony brett. Cut oak. New leather. Hint of grated ginger in there, according to the missus. Taste is juicy, tart, and lemony. Super clean, juicy and bright on the palate. Fine, crisp carbonation. Low acidity. Light to medium body. More of that juicy tartness on the finish, with a touch of citrus bitterness. Disappeared in no time.
