To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire.

A clear straw body with a solid white head. Citrus and tropical notes with pepper and sweet malt on the nose. Lots of hoppy fruit notes with a nice non-astringent hop bite. The sharp citrus notes, pepper and tropical/floral notes create a fresh ipa blend.

Tap at Csakajo. Deep golden pour, thick white head. Nice dank, piney hops, but it seems to lack the malty backbone. Long bitter finish, light to medium body, average carbo.

Can from Mr. Hop. Aroma is piney hop with citrus, orange, grapefruit, pine resin, malt, touch of caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Piney and bitter, very good IPA in the Stone tradition. I strangely miss the days of hunting for Stone, Alesmith and Port Brewing beers...

(Can) Hazy pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, passionfruit and sponge cake. Hoppy, fruity taste with orange peel, grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, white bread and a generous citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. More than full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made, with a rich hop presence. Very nice.

On tap at the SD Airport. Pours a clear amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of citrus and pine with a bit of rind and light resin underlying. Flavor has more of an earthy citrus note with growing pine and a bit of a bread backbone.

Clear, dark golden color and a nice white head. Overripe tangerine with a resinous aroma. Rather bitter-fruity taste. Bitter-hoppy finish.
