Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano caratteristiche di caramello, miele, biscotto, amaretto, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, spezie, erbe aromatiche e frutta passita.

On tap at il punto. A rather dark double IPA, amber to red, only slightly hazy, small head. Aroma is caramel and light hops. Medium body. Flavour is malty, quite sweet, lots of caramel. Mild. Lacks a bit of oomph in my opinion, not really hoppy enough.

bottle 9/18 ambrato piuttosto carico buona schiuma un po grossolana abbastanza persistente resinosa radice leggere note sgrumate un po di caramello piuttosto amara

Bottle shared at Takanoya. Murky brown with lace. Nose is pine, malt, caramel, some lemon. Sweet caramel and pine flavor, rather bland and amateurish. Almost flat but with a bit of spritz.

Bottle 330ml. @ La Tana a Bruxelles, 10 Rue de L’Enseignement, Brussels, Belgium 1000. [ As Eternal City 30 Sacchi ].Unclear medium orange amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, sweet fruit - citrus, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, sweet malt, caramel, hoppy, citrus - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle shared at La Tana a Bruxelles. Very hazy orange brown with a small cream head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, orange and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-09-2016]
