Clear honey golden color with a white bubbly layer on top. Lovely color on this one. WoW. Complex aroma. Honey, vinegar, tart and fruity. Hooohβ¦. Dry powder. Not much sugar left here baby. Pleasant and not over the top acidity. Some really wreck your mouth. Balanced sourness also. This one just make smooth love with your inner feelings. Just a touch of evil. Enough to make you see the light. Nice body. Not thick and not slim. Ahhhhh fresh tasty little rocker. Honey, fruity, vinegar, wood and lemon. Jolly Roger rides into the sunset. One more please!

Dark yellow. Small head. Nose is slightly sweet, some tree fruit and nuts. The taste is good. Sweet, good mineral taste. Still lots of sugars but actually this batch is pretty amazing

De Trochβs flat, unblended lambic, the basis of their Chapeau range, in which it is usually completely overpowered by sugar and artificial aromas. Golden blonde, hazy, fresh, orangey touch, sourish without becoming too astringent. Not the best in its style but very interesting to taste in its βnakedβ form.

Sample @ the brewery, straight from the barrel. Cloudy yellow/amber colour, no foam. No carbonation. Easy drinkable. Light sour with light bitter finish. Aroma of green apples and lemon. Not bad.
