No brewers' yeast was used to make this beer. Instead we ferment with Brettanomyces, a wild yeast found in sourdough bread and natural wine. It's then dry hopped in the fermenter with Citra and Waimea for a tropical tang.

Bottle at Inn Deep, thanks to Glasgow Tad. It pours clear pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, wet dog, funky, stewed orange, peachy and nectarine. The taste is crisp, bitter, earth, stewed orange, funky, nectarine, hay and must with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent stuff, but could be fruitier.
