Alpine’s original West Coast-style single IPA is made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to strike a harmonious hop balance. Duet pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. It offers a blast of resinous aromatics with notes of evergreen pine, orange zest, and hints of cedar. Big hoppy flavors mingle with geranial notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering piney quality lend a touch of complexity to an otherwise simple and delicious IPA.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Looks nice this. It has a big old just off-white hefty lacing and lasting head on the top of a mold blurry golden colored body. Nosevise it's nice and gentle. Fresh hoppy, citrussy for sure. A little peach sweetness also. Yeah, smells quite nice. Loaded with flavor. Near hop pellet fresh, quite grassy and bitter at first. It has a mild oily texture in the mouth and it's just above average on the carbonation. Very classic ipaish this. Peachy and citrussy. Loaded with bitterness from grapefruit and generic citrus peel. White strawberries in the finish. Quite pleasant. 07.05.2017

12 oz bottle. Pours a light copper color with light had. Aromas of oranges, pineapple/tropical fruit and pine with very light malts. Flavors follow same with candied fruit and bitter citrus and more toasted malts. Real nice overall balance...

Shared 12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale golden hue with an off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, pine. Taste is tropical fruit, pine, orange zest, and just enough caramel malt flavors to balance everything quite nicely. Finish is clean, juicy and moderately bitter. Excellent.
