Poured into a teku showing cloudy opaque amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows fresh citrus fruit of apricot and orange with notes of mango and sweet malt. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Same ripe and refreshing fruit flavors apparent on the palate as the sweet malts seem to weld very nicely into this IPA. Once more, fruit forwardness and malts appear on the end along with the slight IPA bitter finish. This beer is refreshing and made for a hot day.

Bottle. Bottledog, King’s Cross. Hazy orange. Very bubbly, lasting, white head. Hugely damp, dank, sweet orange hop. Light resin. Light woodiness. Minty. Herbal. Love the smell of these three month old US IPAs! Taste is chewy sweet. Moderate, juicy, zesty bitter. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Perfect fizz level. Finishes long, zesty, pithy bitter. Delicious. Drinks well under the ABV.

22 fl oz bottle from Brewdog online store. Clear orange golden amber colour with a foamy white head leaving lacing. Nose of tropical fruits, citrus, pine, hoppy. Taste is malt caramel with some biscuit, and mango, orange, grapefruit & pine earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry dusty lingering bitter finish. Nicely drinkable IPA.

Sample as part of a blind IPA tasting. Hazy dark golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, piney hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Craft Islington. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with good fine carbonation. Airy malts, very light and nicely sweet. Hops are smooth pine into hop spice and light mango and lime. Pine turns sweeter and a trace of tropical fruits comes in. Smooth creamy finish. Not the shoutiest of IPAs but it got a fantastic balance and drinkability. Could drink a bucket load of this.

On tap at Craft Beer Islington. It’s some mango pine lime crystal malt. Decent hop too sweet.
