Red Rocket Ale is a bastardized Scottish style red ale that traces it’s origins to our homebrew roots. This full bodied and hoppy brew finishes on the palate with sweet, caramel malt flavors.

355ml bottle thanks to Beercast_Rich. Pours toffee colour with a red hue and a slim head. The nose has raisins, prunes and a little toffee! The taste has bakewell tart followed by a drying soapy note from middle to end. The palate is medium bodied with a medium to thick texture. Overall, I like this!

12 oz bottle into a pint. Deep rich amber in color. Ok head with some lace. Nose is nearly all grapefruit. Taste is a decent mix of malt and hops. However when warm, the malt vanishes altogether. Nothing to bittter even once warm. This is a well made brew and is worth a try.

Pours a darker reddish-brown with good-sized head. Nice combination of roasted malt flavors with hop bitterness. When I first tasted it, I was thinking IPA, but this is a pretty complex beer. Nice sweetish finish to it.

west coast hop bomb, plain and simple. not that thats a bad thing, only that there isnt much imagination involved, but if your a hop head looking for a straight up pucker producing brew, this will get your fix.
