Bottle shared at Cotteridge convention 05/03/2016. Thanks to Steve I’ve Known. A hazed pink / red coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is perfume, turkish delish, rose petals. Flavour is composed of tangy and spicy, straw, turkish delight and pineapple, floral hibiscus. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, tangy finish.

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Day 2. Hazy pink red with a pink head. Aroma of peppery saison yeat, elderflower, spice notes and berries. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with moderate carbonation. [20-08-2016]

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Boundary Tis the Saison ].[ Courtesy of my Local Swap 2016-1 - Beersiveknown ]. Clear medium red color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, elderflowers, elderberries, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, rubber, elderflowers, elderberries, herbs - floral, plastic notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20160820]

Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Amber pour with white head. Fruity and light malty, some notes of berry fruits, light spice notes, herbal and floral notes with some elderflower? in the finish.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy copper / red. Distinct aroma of elderflowers and citrus. Dryish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Elderflowers dominate, some dusty grapefruit. Quite bitter finish. Interesting.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Cloudy amber, white head. Aroma is slightly floral, light elderberry. Watery flavour, malty with light yeast and a touch of berries. Finishes herbal with a not so pleasant bitterness.

Intensiver parfümierter Geruch von Holunder und trockenen Beeren. Geschmack ebenfalls sehr trocken aber nicht mehr so parfümiert, wenig hefig, intensive Herbe. Nett. 8/8/7/6/8/8

Bottle, 5%. Clear red with medium pink head. Aroma is malt, elderflower, spices, herbs and elderberries. Flavour is malt, elderflower, elderberries, over carbonated, herbs, spices, little sweet, medium dry and a little bitter.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Hazy dark pink to light reddish color, full sized off-white head. A bit vegetal aroma. Taste is also lightly vegetal with some floral influences. Meh, don’t really like it.
