This beer is intended to be a sensory assault for hop lovers. With four hop additions during the brew process and a final wallop of excessive Columbus dry-hopping, this beer is meant to say one thing: MORE HOPS! It was was born at the crossroads, in a juke joint, as if Dale’s Pale Ale sold its soul to balance Deviant’s foreboding aromas of citrus, grapefruit rind and piney resins with a copper ball-of-fire color and inscrutable finish.

This IPA poured a cloudy, deep Amber colour with a smooth, cream coloured head. Scents include dough, basements, citrus hops. First swig was smooth with a wallop of hops. Not the most but a good dose. Flavours of tea, grass and a little caramel most prominent. Finish is quit bitter with tea/citrus flavours lingering.

Can. A- Pine, tropical fruits. A- Dark orange color, hazy liquid, tan head. T- Pine, bitter, tropical fruits, resin. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter juicy finish. O- As someone who is not overly fond of IPA’s, a beer like Deviant Dales reminds me why I can still appreciate a good IPA even if I don’t love them. From the color to the aroma to the balanced taste, this was a solid beer. Maybe not my ideal beer, but a good one for an IPA lover.

Can. Clear orange colour. Lots of alcohol, lots of bitterness, lots of hops flavour. Orange, citrusy, zesty, resiny. Intense. Very good.

Can kindly shared by Miro, many thanks. Amber color with medium off-white head. Caramel malt, citrus hops in aroma. Solid malty base followed by nice citrus hops with zest, resin. Long hoppy bitter finish. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Tasty.

A bit on the dark side, very caramelly, then malty, then hops. ABV pops up way back in the finish, a lot of warmth in the gullet. Nice small beige creamy head, aroma is on the malty side. Fairly smooth, and tasty.
