Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can, best by April 2,2018 poured into a weizen glass. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is light lime, light body, lower carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is light lime and some salt.

Draught at Row 34, 9/29/17.
Moderately hazy, tan-golden body shows plentiful carbonation and a small but firm, off-white head atop.
Strong fruitiness and much less hops than expected (very little hop character). Glad to see them do a non-hop-focused gose. Lime is juicy and not overly acidic/punchy, while agave is obviously fully fermented out. Wheat biscuit-like character balances the moderate lactic acidity and the beer finishes clean and free of alcohol.
Juicy, tart and softening considerably thanks to both salt and wheat, the lactic acidity is gentle and the lime mostly juicy and itself rather light. Soft, malty/wheaty body with engaging carbonation. Nice little refreshing, well-constructed gose.

Can - Briny and sweet grapefruit notes. Clear cold with a decent white head. Salty, nice light fruity notes and a clean fruity light saline finish. Solid for the style.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; hazy yellow pour with a white head, aroma has light citrus, taste has citrusy brine water, I’ll never really get this style.

Pounder: Tart lemon nose. Shimmering yellow, thick sticky head. Lemon. Light body, easy carbonation. Maybe lime is discernible, but really no agave character. Unexpectedly basic.
