Aroma of floral, subtle funk, citrus, slightly tart fruits, soft orange, peppery notes. Flavour is light sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Nice complexity and balance.

75cl Bottle thanks to Tom from the brewery. Bottle didn’t have a label but did have the beer written on the cap. Clear pale gold beer with a thin white head. Some saison aroma, some funk some orange. It’s quite light in the mouth but with a little sweetness. Don’t get a huge amount of Brett. It may wake up later and then dry the beer out and give it a more dry biscuit edge. The orange flavour is pretty tasty. Like a lot of the BBNo. saisons, I really like them. Very drinkable and very clean . Just very tasty and worked really well as an aperatif.

Bottle @ Brett Fest 2015. Golden pour. Soft aroma of dry grassy yeast and orange. Taste is quite modest, with some dry yeast, orange and grapefruit. Mildly hopped. Needs to be more outspoken. And where is the brett?

Bottle @ In de Wildeman, medium sample, dated 03/02/2014 BB 03/02/0216. Sold as 13/02, but the bottle showed the label 13/01 with Amarillo & Orange (as uploaded as a pic). Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy white head. Aroma of slight spicy and peppery yeast, bit funky notes (but not as much), slight grapefruit and citrus. Didnt get a lot of orange. Soft spicy in taste, bit dry, slight grainy malt. Very well balanced. Great stuff again from a wonderful brewery.
