Keg at the brewery. It pours hazy yellow - golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, cereal, quite fragrant, lemongrass, stone fruit and candy. The taste is soft, fairly sweet, apricot, spice, hay, straw, touch of acidity, cracker and cereal with a smooth finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Found this one a bit sweet overall. Fair.

Flavour is composed of tart citrus, light malts, wheat, bitter grapefruit and lemon rind. Not much apricot. Palate is semi sweet, frothy carbonation,. Assertive lingering bitterness.
