Keg at the brewery tap, Bermondsey. Light yellow, almost straw, and hazy. Light apricot notes with hay and some lemon balm. Sweetish taste with grainy notes. The spicy yeast is evident but can't rescue the less palatable flavours. Highly carbonated. A mess but certainly drinkable.

Draft at Gollem, Antwerp. Fairly hazy golden with a thick white head. Aroma of apricot, citrus, light lactic notes and peppery yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet, bitter and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled draft @ Gollem. Hazy orange with a creamy white head. Nose is vomit, stone fruit and milky. Taste luckily carries almost no vomit but instead we get sweet glue, chemical overly sugar, stone fruit / apricot. Body is sugar, glue and plastic. Well this many things went wrong, vomit and glue are not flavours that I want from beer but even more was shocked by the sweetness. A saison can be almost anything these days but it really should never be sweet. Total mess.

Taste comprises tangy apricot, light funk, straw, herbs, yeast esters, bitter lemon, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. OK saison.

Keg at CBC CG - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a lasting, pure white cream head. Nice aroma, some light saison yeast, lemon, faint apricot, wheat flakes. Light sweet flavour with crisp wheat bread, touches of apricot and white grape, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Well balanced finish, more wheat bread, a little hay, lemon peel, nips of grass. Good saison.
