On tap at Hoppy Days, as Soho Tripel Brett Saison, or something along those lines. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of light Brett, funk, acetone, white sugar, peach. Flavour is quite sweet, malty, powder sugar, funk, light salty Brett, hint of acetone, light sour finish. Light to medium bodied. OK, still too sweet.

Draught at Hoppy Days in Amsterdam. Brett-refermented strong saison with stable, dense, moussy, egg-white head and hazy golden blonde colour with ochre hue. Aroma of lemon zest, yoghurt, something woody, lemongrass, bitter honey, fruity esters and dry cake. Crisp, fresh sourish taste, soft tartness, yoghurty, lots of citric acidity but nicely in place, soft bready maltiness underlying, dryishly tart and bitterish finish, bit oily with hints of grapefruity hops. Very appetizing.
