Not to be mistaken for a German Wheat/Weisse beer! This is a Pale Ale brewed with substantial wheat in the grain bill and American Ale yeast. It has bold U.S. hop flavour from Cascade, Centennial and Willamette with a robust body and slight spicy flavour from the wheat.

Mild herb-hefiger Antrunk. Frisch hopfig, trocken. Die Hopfigkeit steigt deutlich an, mild fruchtig, etwas trocken werdend. Dennoch süffig, vollmundig, gut. 7/9/9/9//9

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy and floral aroma of lemon, pineapple and passion fruit. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-grassy and slightly resiny taste of mango, orange jam, tangerine and passion fruit, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry, resiny and grassy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
