A fresh, unpasteurized, filtered beer, with golden-blonde colour and creamy white head. Aromas of lemon blossoms, citrus and “green hops”. Slightly sweet flavour with refreshing bitterness and aromatic aftertaste, where the zesty and malty aromas dominate. 28 September 2019. Bottle from a supermarket in Iraklion, Crete. Balcony tasting in Pela Mare hotel. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours clear golden with a slowly dissipating, frothy, white head. Aroma of yeast, bread dough, apple peel, kitchen herbs. Taste is light malty sweet, bready with soft fruity notes, bitter grassy hops, a bit herbal & yeasty backbone. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, grainy & yeasty. Light to medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Falls a bit flat in the end.

Bottle. Clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus fruits and grains. Taste is grains, bread and citrussy hops. Full bodied. Dry finish with lingering bitterness. Ok but I definitely prefer Pilsener with noble hops.
