Nice choc orange aroma. Taste less exciting but still good. As you’d expect. Doughy.

From backlog. Sweet, roasty and earthy with some orange peel, chocolate and jaffa cookies. A bit unbalanced.

440ml can. Almost black with a tan head. The aroma of this is uncannily like Terry's Chocolate Orange, really is amazing how close it is, I love that. The taste doesn't quite match, it's got the chocolate and the orange oil, but it's not that sweet - there's a roast malt bitterness that I'd normally like but it takes away the sweetness I wanted from the chocolate orange. Medium bodied, slightly thin, soft carbonation. More body and more sweetness and this would be a winner.

On tap at the Barley Mow, Bristol 19 October 2018.Dark brown in colour, with a slight, beige, head. As many others have reported, this really is a Terry's chocolate orange beer, although I thought it wasn't quite so sweet. Not much more to note, other than I really enjoyed it.

Can split at CBC Holborn, thanks to Tipple, 10/10/18. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is Terrys chocolate orange, dark malts, brown sugar, cocoa powder, light roasted tones. Taste comprises jaffa cake biscuits, light soap trace, dried fruits, mellow roast, cocoa sprinkle. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, drying close. Good nose and overall fine but perhaps the weakest in this series.

Can shared in London - cheers to Tipple. Crazy stuff. Pours clear deep brown with a creamy tan head. Strong character, big chocolate orange action, mellow alcohol, bitter cocoa. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. A little perfume in the finish, more orange peel, dry cocoa. Novelty.

Craft TCR bottleshare. Thanks to Tips for the can. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Light palate, quite thin really. Reasonable fine carbonation. Slighty perfumey Terry's Chocolate Orange. Orange oils. Smooth finish brings some bittermess. Amusing.
