Canned. Close to black colour with a mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is nuts, some toffee, mild herbs, wood and some ashes too. Flavour is chocolate, some nutty, mild toasted and roasted notes with some creamy and mild toffee elements.

A colablack beer, a head is huge and beige. Aroma has hazelnut, rostiness, hint of coffee. Taste has roastiness, less hazelnuts than in the aroma, quite dry. Medium bodied. More hazelnuts also in the taste would be nice.

Can at Maakun’s. Black with tan head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, massive dry hazelnut, sharp grassy hops were resting on the bottom apparently. Sweet and bitter, near tart. Medium body and lots of carbonation.

Can shared at home. Very dark brown with huge fluffy dark beige head. Pours very wild. Huge roasted malts, cola, dry roasted nuts, pecans, Nutella without the sweetness, dead leaves, a touch of wild funk. Under medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied with fluffy carbonation and medium dry finish. It's OK but a bit dry and over carbonated. Oh fuck and then I took a sip of the last liquid left in the can, huge dry hops with very strong hop burn. Even more weird, maybe this needs to be shaken before use?

Can. Dark brown pour. Aroma of orange hop, chocolate, peach, malt, nuts and licorice. Taste of juicy orange, chocolate, peach, nuts, licorice and malt. I like that it's bitter and has nice fruity hop flavor, but the beers is also a bit thin and the hazelnut is not very pronounced.

33cl Can from Uiltje Taproom. Dark brown to black colour, beige head. Aroma of hard roast, tobacco, some pine, quite hoppy, hazelnut essence, mocha. Flavour is both sweet and bitter, lots of roast and hops, mostly resinous and piney hops, hazelnut, mocha, bittersweet finish. Light to medium bodied. A little unbalanced but very tasty.

Can. Dark brown color. Pastachoca in the aroma. Hazelnuts and milk chocolate. Watery mouthfeel, sweet, roast, milk chocolate and hazelnuts. The aroma promises a lot, but the flavor doesn’t deliver.
