Bottle, thanks to myself at CP&K. It pours cloudy amber with a massive light tan head. The nose is earth, brett, wood, leather, musty, orange, pear drops, apple and melon. The taste is wood, brett, earth, hay, light alcohol warmth, almond, over-ripe fruit, pithy orange and spice. Medium body and lively carbonation. Solid brett-forward beer.

Huge, mango-yellow head, towering over faintly veiled foxy-amber beer. Spicy hops, gingerish-citrussy cake; vinous in the way Bretts are vinous, and it would seem some lactic acid. Dry, Bretty, leathery flavours with wild fruit, dried on leather sheets. Light dry-out effect; well-bodied for a Brettanomyces beer, and quite slick, yet spritzy. Nice, original "wild" beer. I can indeed picture it, paired to certain fishcourses.

Craft Islington. Bottle shared with Tom and Mario. Hazy amber - red beer. Massive cream coloured head. Lightly sour nose with a trace of banana. Palate is light and crispy and airy. Sweetish banana ester. A little sour cherry and marzipan. A little hop bitterness towards the semi dry finish. Unusual beer and pretty approachable for a sour wild.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruits, lemons, caramel, and brett. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and dust, leading to a dry finish. A bit odd.
