Backlog May 2014. Unclear reddish amber body under a big, lacing, creamy off-white head. Mild, slightly acidic aroma with malt and Brett. Taste has malt with a sweet and acidic fruitiness, relatively bitter as well. Balanced body but otherwise it’s a bit messy, still drinkable

Bottle, danke Roman. Cloudy brown, cloudy brown head. Brown sauce umami, fish sauce. Salty brown umami flavor, dead yeast umami notes, fish sauce. Brown, no fish sauce, some umami potatoe skin, earthy potato skin.

Bottle, shared with BBGTC, enjoyed two years before bbd. Pours dark maroon with some residual parts, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is sweet malty notes, with kandi, toffee and fruity bretty notes, Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts, with caramel and dark chocolate, as well as fruity brett, farmhouse and wooden notes.

Big bubbly-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, old grass, bark, yeast, heather, flowers, brett. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, minerals, grass, paper, heather, flowers, bark, wet hay, sap, brett. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours deep amber, nose is light fruit, esters, funk, taste is dry and funky.
