30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2124) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Aroma: lots of regular plain lambic, very nice lambic btw… Clean acidity, lots of citrus fruits, dry, woody, a bit peppery. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body, bit of an oily texture. Taste: bitter start, lots of tannins, clean acidity, nice lambic flavour. Not getting much of this tea though? Then again I’m not a big tea expert… Aftertaste: dry, fruity notes, some tannins, pretty bitter finish, decent lambic, love it!

Fairly hazy golden orange with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of funk, barnyard, tea, citric notes and leather. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - solid cloudy orange. No head. Nose - sour and vinous. Woody. Not getting any green tea. Taste - there's definitely a green note this time which might be the tea. Still dry and woody. And funk of course. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy sour middle and finish. Overall - good but not sure i prefer it to the original base beer.
