Pours dark, rather clear red. Big pinkwhite head. Smell is full, sulphuric, intense grape aroma, almonds ( probably by the grape pits). Petrichor. Taste is full, highly carbonated, much on the grapes. Recognizable lambic . Fruity and tart. Bit astrigent ( tannins) . Nice. bit too high on the carbo for me.

Sample @ 1st edition Brewver Belgian gathering, Mar 07, 2020.
Couleur rubi, col fin rosé.
Arôme est léger et parfumé, fruits rouges avec un léger côté de soufre, retrouve un bouquet moyen boisé - funk de lambic;
Palais est fort haut en effervescence, grains, le tout est assez sec en bouche, raisin avec un côté soufre, sec fort marqué, petite touche rappelant un peu le poivré.

Very good, if fast retreating flamingo-pink head over bright, clear burgundy beer. Nice combination of lambicaromas, and vinous, fruity, malonice hints. Dry, very vinous, wine-like; beer much more in retreat in the mouth. Red wine(grapes). Finish is strangely sweet, as if sugar, sweetener was added. Or pasteurised/filtered/sw... lambic? Very titillating carbonation, almost Champenoise, if invisibly so. Not much body. Beer? It spells the particularities of a maker of sparkling wine - but that doesn't prevent it from being a pleasing drink. Personally, I would have liked just a tad more lambic, but I presume this would sell better... if only the price..

7/III/20 - 75cl bottle @ 1st Official Brewver Meeting / Belgian Beer Geek Winter Gathering (2020), BB: n/a (2020-219) Thanks to Aminatchime for sharing the bottle!

Clear ruby red beer, big fizzy aery pink head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity start, bit fruity, red fruits, very nice! MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, fruity touch, some tannins, bit oxidized, nice stuff. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, dry, some tannins, little chemical, nice one!
