3 dollar pounder can from vintage. Good carbonation. Yes, tartness is there but there is also some unexpected bitterness, but I can get over that. Not bad in the middle, certainly more orange than orange blossom. Easy drinking, its starting to grow on me. In the end, the bitterness fades. Yes, finished nicely. Decent beer all round. Would not mind having another, its orange is well balanced and it never comes across like an average fruit beer. Thanks platform.

On tap at Dive 106. Pours gold. Strong orange zest, floral, salt, bread, big orangey tang. Refreshing spritz. Decent, except for a little bread in the finish.

Draught @ Albion, NYC (8/20/19). Pours cloudy pale yellow with small foamy off-white head, acidic aroma, adequate carbonation, medium salty-sour citrus taste, thin body, long finish. Well balanced saltiness vs sourness.

Crystal clear peach and light orange coloured body with a super small, very hazy tan head. Aroma of grass, light honey, citrus, a touch of curacao and a dash of alcohol and honey towards the end, all with a fairly noticeable briny/salt quality towards the end. Light-bodied; Strong salt and soured citrus and grassy flavour that leads more into a gatorade/pickle juice flavour towards the end with a light orange and pure yeast quality near the end. Aftertaste shows more of a robust/balanced blend of malt, grain, alcohol, yeast and briny/salty flavours that show through especially at the finish - less so at first. Overall, a pretty well-structured beer with the flavours all coming out a the right time and being a very easy-drinking beer with some good profiles along with a dry finish and remaining non-cloying throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-September-2018 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 25-November-2018.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/5/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, red/green apple, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, orange peel, salt, pale malt, blossom water, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of tart lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, red/green apple, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light fruit/wheat tang, and herbal/citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, red/green apple, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, orange peel, salt, pale malt, blossom water, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance; and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tang/tartness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/grainy/acidic, and lightly saline/sticky/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a delicious Gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, orange peel, salt, pale malt, blossom water, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Great balance between the Lacto, orange peel, blossom water, and sea salt; with a nice malt backbone to balance acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2016. Clear straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Oranges, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of pithy orange, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a mildly sweet-tart orange aftertaste. Decent overall.
