Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a cloudy light orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy citrus and dank tropical fruits with a sweet grain note supporting. Flavor has juicy citrus and dank citrus rind with sweet grains backing.

Crazy haze, opaque gold, with a brief white head and moderate lacing. Juicy citrus pops on the palate, followed by minerals, dragonfruit, herb, chive, and--no lie--a kerosene-like undertone, accentuated by boozy warmth and an increasingly abrasive bout of hop burn. Finishes dry and bitter like a good DIPA should, but damn this pint gets painful towards the end. Can't finish it.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor; can
Murky pale blond colour. Abrasive fresh hop attack, piney, zesty, lightly dank, with bold bitterness too.
Excellent.

Tall can shared at Josh's and Sunshine's rooftop. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: stone fruits, citruses, very fresh. Taste: along the same lines, very dry, though. Overall: ok.

Yellow, opaque. No head. This has a stack of hops, a bit of lupy powder, and a bit of vaguely weedy notes.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a tiny head. Aroma brings out gentle dankness, with tropical fruits, a touch of citrus, and some pine. Flavour is robust, with dank hops, tropical fruits, and some booze. Tropical and dank, with no nasty yeast or chalky. Fantastic.

Can, from Milk & Hops - Chelsea. Pours extremely hazy bright yellow with very small frothy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter, lightly sour citrus peel - unripe mango taste, alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitter finish with faint alcohol aftertaste. Boozy.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 6/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.3%. Overall this is an awesome NEDIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft feel, and not aggressive. Awesome Mosaic, Galaxy profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive well made style example as expected.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Murky yellow gold pour. Brief bubbly white head. Oniony, phenolic lemon aroma. Dank citrusy hop flavor upfront. Notes of grapefruit, lemon, kiwi and passion fruit. Big boozy notes in middle are hot and harsh. Finish is dank and bitter.
