Mikkeller Hip Dunkel 5.5% Clear amber brown with a thick beige head that vanished fast it gives off a biscuity caramel aroma. The taste is crisp biscuity malts, some caramel sweetness then a very minimal herbal hop bite. To me a solid dunkel, it suited my post Christmas lights visit mood well.

Can from taproom. Canned 11/2018. Nut brown-amber color, small off-white head. Light aroma has sweeness and bread. Light to medium-bodied. Malts, some nutty sweetish notes. Light hops. Short finish. Malty, perhaps not really dunkel-like.

Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours cloudy copper-brown with foamy beige head, faint caramel aroma, high carbonation, sweetish caramel taste, toffee, smooth body, longish finish. Well rounded and smooth.

Draught at the source: dark copper with a white head. Aroma is caramel, earthy. Lightly sweet. Easy to drink. Pleasant.
