Brothers Antitoi is a wild beer aged in French oak barrels for just over a year and fermented entirely with our house strain of Brettanomyces. A smooth and bright acidity is complemented by subtle underlying funk, layered atop flavors of fresh strawberries, ripe pineapple, and candied peach rings. The result is tart, fruity, and unique.

On tap at GABF. Pours orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, funky, floral, brett. Light body, oak, brett, light tartness, good.

Bottle. Faintly cloudy golden with very small frothy whitish head, sweet earthy aroma, medium carbonation, medium sour earthy malty taste, smooth body long earthy finish. Well balanced sourness vs earthiness.

Draught at the brewery, 10.17.18. Chill-hazy, brass-amber with a small, light beige head showing low retention. Very cherry pie-like Brett character shows light to moderate acidity with light leather and raspberry notes, as well. Very full and Brett-forward.
In the mouth, it's rather over/quickly-worked Brett heavy, showing a ton of breadiness, slightly punchy raspberry and orange rind. Honey-like sweetness caps off only moderate attenuation and it's a bit thick on the palate at times. Carbonation is brisk, fairly tight and it's not sharp or boozy, thankfully.
