We love science and we have been feverishly working in the lab to bring you our most recent achievements. We started with the Straight Outta Middletown grain bill, supersized the citra portion, applied our latest and greatest technology (think of the EQ juice in raining belma and last batch of MC²) and ended up with January Fluctuation on steroids with the most amount of EQ juice to date.
Straight Outta The Laboratory pours a hazy bright tangerine and has aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, lime, grapefruit, and a tropical character that makes actual tropical fruit green with envy. The flavor is explosive with notes of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass. It’s resinous and chewy with an escalating brightness and a just a touch of residual sweetness balanced by a soft bitterness. We are particularly proud of this beer as it’s the culmination of months and months of hard work (since January Fluctuation).

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours turbid dark blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The fresh, bright, juicy tropical fruits, mango, peach, passion fruit, tangerine, orange squash, brioche, weedy and dankness. The taste is smooth, green, weedy, dank, spring onions, slightly herbal, pine dust, some tannin, chalky, floury bread, brioche, nip of booze, pithy, zesty, tangerine, grapefruit, pomelo, touch of spice and tropical fruits with a drying and weedy finale. Medium+ body and fine, foamy carbonation. Fun stuff. Ain't a looker though. Drinks easier than it should.

Keg at Farmers Boy, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a thinnish off white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, mango, pine, tropical fruit taste/aroma. This was a big beer, very sweet but also pretty good stuff too from Equilibrium.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate for the abv, slightly dry, the carbonation is pretty low. Stodgy creamy malts. Ripe tropical fruits. A little pine. Flaccid and slightly boxy finish. Fuck me, what a dud. I cannot remember a such a dud Equilibrium, flaccid, ripe and fucking dull!

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruit, peaches, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruit, hops, mango, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
