Dark black on brown, opaque pour at the source. Weak, dark tan head.
Floral & earthy spices abound. Milky chai spice nose with some extra stout roast.
Smooth cocoa, cinnamon, clove, with a pleasant sweet spice that the board says is cardamom. Black pepper. Evaporated milk. Herbal bite.
Smooth, slight powdered texture, steeeped acidity.
Good one.

Malmö March tasting at Palace Hall 21/03/2026 - roasted dark malty aroma and taste, some chocolatey malts, coffee roast, getting some coconut and nicely balanced spiced notes into the dark malty finish. Good stuff.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely and left some light lace
Aroma: mild roasty coffee tones, milk chocolate, sweet coconut, cardamom seems extremely faint (which I liked it that way)
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine coconutty sweet to earthy herbal sweet quality; finishes chocolatey, coconutty and slightly coffee-ish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness with a light dry tone most likely from the cardamom
Overall: a very nicely done dessert stout I would welcome again.

Draught at Someday Bar, small bubbly creamy head, opaque very dark brown colour, roasted coffee, cardamom, some coconut and milkiness behind, traces of fruitiness and a spicy cinamon hint, flavorfull and perfumey. Really nice too sip.

On tap at The Jeffrey in NYC. Jet black pour. Small creamy brown head. Nose is redolent of cardamom and coconut, as advertised. Notes of dark chocolate as well. Flavor follows suit. Coconut, cardamom, dark chocolate and cinnamon. Rich and flavorful with a silky mouthfeel. Really decadent. Really good!

Can @ Coronashare #20-something with SirAlex of I Am Lenny Kravitz of the Friendsandfam fame. Pours black with a small beige head. Sweet. Cardemom, spices and coconut. Coffee as well. Super smooth and slick. One dimensional and way too cloying slash pastry for my liking.
