Gold pour. Thin foam. Apple cider vinegar nose. Flavor of apple, honey, and heat of hot chili peppers. Hot chili pepper palate that stays on the palate for a while.

Can from Greg, thanks for the hookup. Slightly hazy light golden color with good sized bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Cinnamon in the nose with light apple. Flavor follows with a bit of heat tickling the back of the throat after every sip. Light clove is a bit distracting. Pretty good.

Draught @ Alisson's, Kennebunkport. Clear amber with small frothy white head, cinnamon aroma, sweetish taste with a chili kick at the end, nutmeg-cinnamon flavor, long chili finish. Interesting and tasty.

Draft on Portsmouth Brewery guest tap. Very cloudy gold color with no head. Aroma is great; cinnamon, nutmeg and plenty of juicy smashed apples. Really smells like homemade apple pie.
The flavor starts with the cinnamon nutmeg with the juicy Apple base. In the finish comes a mild heat from the pepper. The pepper cuts the spice and sweet Apple. The pepper is also subtle and not over done. Pretty fun cider!!
