Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

Amber color, clear. Excellent aroma: fruity hops, jasmine flowers; refreshing. Dry and lean mouthfeel, with a dry malt and toffee flavor; very strong bitterness, lean resins.
Quite fresh, and a very pleasant lean IPA.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a dark burnt orange with about a finger of thick white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus and pine with a little caramel backbone. Taste is light bitter. Floral and grassy with a hint of pine. Light bodied with a thin yet slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, very good. I would gladly drink it again.

Bottle. Slightly hazy deep golden-copper color, a bit rusty, with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma of floral hops with piney hints, a bit stale, with some malt, slightly caramelly. Flavor has some sweet maltiness, a bit of caramel, and some floral and slightly citric hops leading to a nice bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Sample at the Yard House in Vegas. The beer is a clear amber-orange color with a thin white head that recedes quickly. Short strings of lacing. Citrus hops aroma with some bready malt in the background. Medium body with flavors of hops, grapefruit and sweet malt. The finish is hoppy with a citrus aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Shaker pint draft at the Martin City Brewing Company. Pour is a golden amber, mostly clear with a nice one inch light tan head. Nice lace coats the glass. Aroma is caramel malt, resin pine hops, earthiness - nicely balanced nose. Taste is the caramel malt up front, then turns to some nice hops - floral and resin come in nicely. Palate medium, a bit heavy for my preference in an IPA, a bit mouth coating, though that clears as it hits the pleasant bitter finish.
