Irish Coffee is a continuation of the Regular Coffee game. Our golden imperial coffee cream ale has been finished on Irish wood and peppermint. Much like Regular Coffee looks to evoke an amusing version of the acidic bitter coffee curbed by milk and sugar that starts a day in a paper cup, Irish Coffee addresses it on the other end of the day. A beer rendition of a mug of coffee touched by Irish and whipped cream with a drizzle of green crème de menthe to tie up a big meal. Drink Irish Coffee to take it all home.

10/III/19 - 12Fl. Oz. can @ home, BB: n/a, canned: I/16/18 - (2019-363) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the can!
Clear orange beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of coffee, sweetish impression, more coffee. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sugary sweet start, lots and lots of mocha, some milk chocolate. Aftertaste: more coffee, minty bitterness, chocolate notes, bitter, bit spicy, ginger bread, decent but a little weird.

12oz can thanks to Steve. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a white. Nose is crazy chocolate chip mint and nice sweetness. Taste is more of the nice chocolate mint patties.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear golden hue with some orange and a small white head. Looks like a light lager or pale ale. The aroma is big coffee. Sweet base, almost like ripe melons, big coffee, some toast and vanilla. Honestly, this does taste like a imperial cream ale with loads of coffee. A bit cloying, the heat and sweetness doesn’t get matched with a base. Almost a malt liquor sort of vibe here, but it is way better. Finishes sweet with a really nice coffee flavor. I guess I’d prefer this amount of coffee and alcohol in a stout.

Waxed and capped growler shared at a tasting, 6/8/15. Clear copper, thin fizzy white head, decent retention. Aroma of coffee, peppermint, vanilla, pale malts. The taste is spearmint, vanilla, mild coffee. Medium bodied. Definitely weird but a nice surprise.
