Tap @ Borefts 2015. Dark brown color. Aroma has malt and dried red fruit. Malty sweet flavor, alcoholic, bready, red fruit and grassy notes. Likeable.

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. A hazed readdy amber coloured pour with a lasting cream head. Aroma is funky caraway seed, spices, damp grain. Flavour is composed of sweet bread bready malts, spices, caraway, brown sugars. Palate is sweet , moderate carbonation, slightly tangy finish.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Austmann / Lervig Wayfarer ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark fruit, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, wood, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark fruit, alcohol, yeast, belgium yeast, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150926]

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is honey and dense malty. Bitter, dry and slight herbal. Dry and caramelish malty. Sweet finish

Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Almost clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is smooth with modest fine carbonation. Caramel malts, some light malt cream. A trace of something coffee like. Modest fruits, well buried. Smooth semi dry finish. All right.

[9/26/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Dark amber-brown. Aroma of dark fruits, caramel. Sweet flavor with caramel, dark fruits. Medium-bodied.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 26/09/15. Mahogany brown with a decent tan head. Nose is woody, dark malt, nutty, fruit cake mix, treacle toffee, light spice. Taste comprises rich fruit rinds, raisens, dates, dark toffee, fruit loaf, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light warming booze in the close. Solid quad.
