Bottle. It pours a bit hazy, golden-orange with lots of small floaties and a dense off-white head. Yeast, banana, wheat, spicy hints, sweetness and some alcohol in the aroma. The flavor is a bit metallic, with wheat, banana, alcohol, sugar, some spices and weak hoppyness. Full, sweet and warming body and a quite sweet finish with alcohol and fruityness. A ewell-made tripel. (070416)

Bottled (8.5%) at Man inthe Moon, Stockholm. Cloudy deep golden, rich firm head. Aroma of banana and caramel. Loads of sweet banana liqueur and an evident almondy yeast character. dense in the mouth. Very sweet,but without being cloying. More bold than subtle with some late grassy bitterness and a wealth of warming alcohol.

Bottle: poured a slightly cloudy amber-brown clour with an enormous merangue like head, thick enough to hold itself in peaks; the aroma is yeasty, and the taste starts with a floury dryness which develops into a fruity sweetness, with estery flavours of banana and pineapple; leavesa warming bitter aftertaste. Somewhat light when compared to other triples, but rather pleasant in its own way.

Bottle. Nice blond body with lasting white foamy/creamy head. Fresh and well balanced hoppy aroma with honeyish, flowery, and yeasty notes. Taste hides the alcohol very well. It carries sweet and honeyish hints. Ends with a smooth bittersweet finish. Good Tripel. Very good together with chees

Hazy blonde with a thin white head. Bubblegum yeast aroma with orange peels, smooth and perfumey. In mouth, a classy sharp hop with coriander and curacao, and a rcih creamy nouthfeel. Rich bodied. Bottle at l’Autre Oeil, July 26, 2006.

Bottle, 8.5%. Almost clear golden colour, has some small white floaties. Big, unstable white head. Sourish aroma, metallic, bitter smell. The flavour is yeasty, fruity and malty, a lot better than the aroma. Peppery aftertaste.
