Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, caramel, dark fruits, cherries, raisins, some liquorice, some chocolate, touch of roast and smoke. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light roasty hoppy bitter. Body is medium, good drinkability. Only has a touch of smoke but otherwise quite good, nicely roasty malty and dark fruity with a fine balance and body.

330ml bottle, pours dark amber with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of dried fruits, berries, toffee, cinnamon, caramel, earth & malt. Medium body. Sweet lightly smoked finish.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, caramel and a hint of smoke in the aroma. Almost Full bodied. Malty sweet, slightly smoked flavor with caramel and raisin. Hint of alcohol. Nice.

Aus der Flasche im 2016-03 getrunken. Also dieses "Imperial Smoked BBQ Ale" kommt recht elegant daher und die Smoked Note kommt ganz zart im Hintergrund durch was ich sehr gelungen fand. Kein schlechtes Bier aber auch etwas belanglos.

Aroma is plums, some syrup, cherries, maybe cinnamon, dark malty toffee. Taste is predictable plum sweetness on a dry toasted body. Medium drinkable. Dont get much smoke. Meh...

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel smoky aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel smoky flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel smoky finish.

Bottle form Local Swap. Lots of estery fruitiness going on, with med-high sweetness. Only light roasty bitterness to balance it. The smoke is rather light, but noticeable. Overall a good beer, though not exactly to my taste with all the fruitiness and stuff. Feels a bit out of balance.

Color: Dark ruby, beige head. Taste: Rather complex mix of medium sweet roasted malt, floral hopbitterness, red fruit (cherries, plum) and notes of smoke. Above medium body, below average carbonation. Difficult to say which beerstyle this is, different from other beers I have tasted before but quite tastefull.

Huge thanks to WIllemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good! Beer in the glass brownish, nice huge head. Starts intense malty, roasty, smokey, with some earthy notes. Rusty-dry background. Some hints of dried fruits. Light bitter malty-rustiy finish. Interesting beer!
