Poured from a bottle. Aroma is somewhat floral with a bit of an herbal earthy note. Some medium light citrus notes with hints of acidity. Medium light oak and hints of honey. As it warms a lot more floral notes come out. Pours a slightly hazy, copper orange with a medium sized, medium thick, white head that recedes fairly quickly. Flavor is slightly sweet but with a balanced, moderately strong acidity. Acidity is soft though and not harsh. A moderate herbal, and earthy note. Reminds me a lot of Mexican food with some lime, cilantro, tomatillo and cumin notes. Moderate floral character. Light oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an interesting lambic similar to Mamouche, but different as well. I think this is a step below, but has unique characteristics and is still very enjoyable. A bit of a peppery note, but less green bell pepper and more spicy pepper. Nice floral notes. I can’t help but think of Mexican food as I drink this though...weird; I think its chicken enchiladas in green sauce.

Bottle shared by kermis at Ex-ABC. Lemon pulp, nectar, grass, pollen, unripe peach fruitiness, fruit stones, fireworks, elderflower. Quite strong sour with some aspartame sweetness, light woody/fruitstone bitterness. Bit irony/ minerallike finish. Like!

Bottle at THT thanks to kermis. Slight hazy golden with small white head. Elderflower blossoms, lots of lemon, funk, rubber, white pepper, soapy, dank cellar notes. Very strong on the lemon. Quite acidic, no sweetness and barely any bitterness. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. 3.8 Another bottle, bottled 2015. Some sulphur too. More sweetness than the other one. Slightly more lactic. 3.9

75 cl bottle. Lovely hazy warm orange with fairly big white head with yellow nuances, dissipating fairly quick leaving slight lacings. Aroma is funky with citrus, elder flower and slight horse. Taste is musty citrusy elderflower with grassy and earthy notes, ends fairly dry. Musty texture with fairly round, medium to big body, low carbo. Delicious, top of the game.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Zurich. Funky and sour, lots of elderflower. Honey and warmth. A bit pinchy and not overly complex, but with a looong and tasty sweet-ish finish. Very nice.
