Tap @ Borefts 2015. Spicy, perfumed aroma with citrus. malty yet fairly dry citric, spicy flavor. A bit too herbal and perfumed for me.

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A lovely translucent golden coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is nice saison yeast, wheat, effervescent, delicate citrus lemon, slightly pithy. Flavour is composed of wheaty grains, nice mix of saison and brett, tangy citrus lemon. Palate is frothy moderate carbonation, grainy.

Keg at Beerd (The Grapes) Oxford, Thursday 4th February 2016 in company of Grace before heading off to a work retirement meal. Pours gold pretty good clarity perhaps a smidgen of haziness, small white to off white head atop. Sweet and citrussy in the mouth, sweet orange with a dab of spice. Some hoppiness, like this, it’s a tasty and refreshing Saison. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Light-medium sweet flavor, some further citrus, dry wheat, faint saison yeast. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish, some lemon peel, wheat, mellow yeast. So so.
