500cl bottle. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is caramel malt, big citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a big fresh citrus fruit, light hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from Tesco, consumed at home. Dark gold/copper, pretty much clear. Lots of visible carbonation at first but this dissipates quickly. Strong caramel malt aroma with some floral and honey notes. Fairly sweet malty taste, nice but a bit wearing. Bittersweet aftertaste with a slight savoury vegetal suggestion. Not bad at all for a ’supermarket’ beer.

Sampled from bottle thanks to 77ships I believe. Clear golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly hops, a light hint of tropical fruits, softly bitter. Average body and soft carbonation.

THANKS! Bottled sample thanks to a kind soul @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Clear golden. Nose is oily cooked vegetable, butter, sweet, sugary. Taste is popcorn, butter, sweet, candy, some garlic hops & vegetbales. Oily popcorn body. Subpar old school UK beer. Everything but exceptional for me.
