An unfiltered, unpasteurised beer bottle fermentation. A "triple" for you to say. Golden Blonde brew with a wholehearted malt flavor, a light caramel touch and a refreshingly bitter aftertaste. This beer can for a longer shelf life.

33 cl. bottle @ Delirium Cave, served @ cellar temperature. The bottle was clearly severely aged but no clear indication as to from which year this might be on the label. The label fell off from the bottle due the fact that age had dissolved the glue & the paper was noticeably discolored from age. Lots of sediment in the bottle as well. The beer itself had evolved far beyond the point where you could even estimate what the original style or flavours might have been. Poured a very murky, opaque reddish amber with lots of yeast in it with a solid but small off-white head. Smell carried a light but not overt lactic sourness, slightly infection-like, moldy, heavy on old yeast, yogurt touch, slightly earthy & very old + very soft fruits. Taste is lactic sweet with some yogurt, heavy on old yeast, lightly moldy & earthly with sticky herbs, light infection, moldy bread, touch fruit, sweet malts in the back & some sweet chocolate. Added chocolate & malts, eventually actually got me into this beer. Carbonation is lightly lively but clearly muted with quite a hazy body.

Bottle at DHL. Cloudy golden color, massive ice cream cone head. Aroma of cut grass and licorice. Taste is bitter throughout, approaching an American IPA Balanced, with a dry finish. Not really a tripel, but very tasty.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Feels like a thick wheat beer. Dominated by a sour wheaty malt. No fruit or bitterness. One dimensional.
