Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Spicy, fruity nose. Rich, malty body, again a spicy edge but also a strange tartness. Was this intended or is it a lurking infection?110615

Pours cloudy golden with greenish shades. Aroma is bread, corn flakes, spearmint. Fresh and metallic, easy to drink even though its high alcohol contents. Full-mouthed and long-lingering.

Tap @ Craft & Draft, tick. Slight hazy golden color, big frothy head. Aroma of flowery hop, bit spicy yeast, slight peppery, some grainy malt, some citrus. Dry in taste, slight grainy and spicy. Bit too dry and slight sharp alcoholic. Bit out of balance.
